In 2015 NikeLab released the Acronym x Nike Lunar Force 1 SP and apart from a rather sworn in circle of lovers of functionality and design, the rest of the world did not know yet that NikeLab already not only was pointing at the next big thing but actually already created it - the rest is history (and present):

The NikeLab ACG line put tech wear on a whole wider level and on the shoulders of a new generation that digged deeper into sophisticated streetwear. The Acronym Prestos were one of the hottest shit the sneaker world in 2016 had seen and after Nike also partnered up with Stone Island they once again underlined their role as an innovating giant.

2017 - The streets are talking Nike again and after the return of the 1 and the release of the Vapormax Nike is again tagged with a giant red marker in every hypebeasts calendars whenever a new release comes along. New releases?

Arthur Huang And The Infinite Possibility Of Air

Yes, new fire releases - After blending aesthetics with tech-wearability through the newly transformed ACG-line by Errolson Hugh, Nikelab is now adding renewable materials to the blend. Together with Taiwanese recycle mastermind Arthur Hang they put together an extra light combination of an iconic shoe (an Airmax 1 Royal by Nike) and a sustainable lightweight package (an entirely recycled post-consumer material box by Arthur Huang).

Arthur, widely known as a skilled architect and structural designer, created a box that was produced from a single-process polypropylene with no added chemicals. The design allows it to be used as a stackable component for either product display or storage system and can also be worn as backpack.

In short: A super smart package - a black Air Max 1 with Flyknit upper and a smart Taiwanese recycle and design legend that put the right strings and dots together to make a good story out of it all. Since this all together also is a blueprint for a good Biancissimo story, we asked our friends at Nike to create something special for this release.

Biancissimo brings together the upcoming photographer Jonathan Sachs and Berlins very own Neo Tokyo cyberpunk Johnny Terror to produce an editorial about their vision of Berlins very own dynamic of aesthetics, functionality and creative minds. Welcome to:
