The Negative Limits Of A Human Mind: Johnny Terror - Ängste

Johnny Terror’s book “Ängste“ (eng. Fear) is a small illustrated encyclopedia that focuses on phobias. Each phobia is an actual existing phobia and shows us how utterly weird and crazy the human mind can expand. Due to an over-competitive society that only focuses on the personal gain and is ignorant towards emotions and feelings, phobias and other mental illnesses are on the rise.

Phobias  have a huge variety of topics but follow a similar structures. An individual experiences something very unpleasant and harming. This results in a trauma that then results in a phobic focus on a specific object that was involved in said trauma.

In a time when society celebrates all the super-smart mega brains that fly to Mars, and build flying cars, we should also focus on the negative limits of our human mind. We really are weird animals.

For Biancissimo Johnny Terror will show an excerpt of his over 30 illustrations from never officially released book.
