No matter where you go in Japan you will find the streets flooded by construction workers and any other kind of road workers. If there is a construction site or even a garage with cars going in and out the very first 50 meters ahead a guy will tell you to take care of yourself. When you pass the site, garage or whatever, there will be another worker to help you walk further or stop you to tell you to watch out. Almost every street has an army of reflective vests doing random stuff. They all pretty cool guys and some of them let me take pictures of em for a small analogue photo series i came up with called "Japanese Roadmen"
