Nike ISPA Link In “Black” And “Barley”

As part of their Move to Zero initiative publicized in 2019, Nike has produced numerous products that meaningfully tackle the problem of sustainability both in sports and contemporary fashion, utilizing more circular design principles.

Earlier this year the Swoosh introduced a new silhouette in the ISPA Link.

The idea behind the design for the ISPA Link is to exclude glue from its construction. The interlocking modules allow easy replacement of specific single parts. On top of that, each component from the Flyknit upper to the midsole is made out of recycled materials, which reduces carbon emissions of the traditionally energy-intensive process of recycling shoes.

While four colorways have already been revealed, we see two new iterations. The “Black” and “Barley” versions will be available from the 22nd of June 2022.
